Anyone know of some non-hormonal birth controls? I know of the non hormonal copper IUD, but just want to know if there is other less invasive contraceptives (besides condoms of course)

A cervical cap/diaphragm. Don’t think they’re as effective as condoms and IUDs though

Not non-hormonal but the ring has fewer hormones than other non-invasive methods as the hormones are localised x
