I had unprotected sex on Sunday morning, took my everyday no stop mini pill in the afternoon, same time everyday Somehow I forgot to take one on Monday, now it’s Tuesday and I’ve just realised this. I’ve taken 2 today - I’m definitely protected, right? Please be kind, someone else can have this problem too

Unfortunately if you miss even one pill on the mini pill you are unprotected. What brand are you on? Sex before the missed pill would be protected though so just use extra protection until you’re sure you’re protected again.

Any sex before the missed pill is protected, you need to take two days to be protected again as you took mondays pill after your usage window.

I believe on the desogestrel mini pill you need to take it correctly for 7 days to be protected again (I may be wrong!). But yeah no need for plan b.

@bluerose9 on the nhs website it only says 2 days, it’s all a bit confusing lol x
