Last night I was having sex with my boyfriend and I suddenly felt uncomfortable and turned off. ( I was on top. ) I told him that we needed to stop. As soon as I laid down I slowly developed this EXCRUCIATING, cramping pain in my lower abdomen. It felt like someone was squeezing my insides. I could barely move and I was shaking the pain was so bad. The pain was moving downward, and at one point it was in the opening of my vagina and at one point it was in the opening of my butt. I’m making an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow. But I have no idea what happened. I’m not in near as much pain this morning, but the pain is mild and it’s on the right side of my abdomen.

I’m asking for advice or if anyone else has had this happen before.

Does it feel like stomach pain or is it in your reproductive area more?

I’ve felt like that when I’ve needed to poo really bad. But the right side thing is slightly concerning as that’s your appendix side. If it starts to get horrible again I’d go to urgent care ASAP.

My pain is not horrible right now, I’m going to keep a close eye on it tho

I’ve had that pain before when I was on top, we went too deep and managed to hit my cervix. However, it didn’t last until the next day (it barely stayed for 10 minutes) so I think it’s worth getting looked at by a doctor!
