I need some recommendations on donating money to charities that actually spend money on the cause rather than admin costs aka wages. I donate food regularly but I’d like to donate more cash to causes where people are directly helped.

Maybe something education related not too familiar with those. Her justice is a good organization it provides free legal help for women in poverty in New York. I have also donated to stop Asian hate, It should have many asian related organizations in it it, i donated through youtube but they should have go fund me page as well. And lastly food banks and animal shelters.

Definitely go local over the big national charities
