I need help and advice ! Me and my partner are looking to rent Weve both never rented anywhere and don’t really have our families help but we’ve found a place but I’m not sure what to do this may sound stupid but do I phone and what do I ask etc we both have stable incomes but I’m so confused and blindsided in what to do so any advice would be helpful

Have you found it online? If so send an email address to the contact just saying that you and your partner are interested in the property, you’re both working full time etc. If either of you have lived anywhere else beforehand with a landlord or someone who can provide a reference definitely mention that you have references - where I am, references are important and many places won’t accept you without them.

Yes call and ask what they have available and whether you can schedule a tour/viewing
