Hey ladies! I need tips on being on top, I’m not very good at it and luckily my boyfriend and I have good communication between us and he doesn’t judge so it’s all okay there but I want to be able to be on top without getting tired with my legs or knees and I wanna be able to do it properly. I’m usually a bottom or we do other positions but I wanna try being on top more often x

I’ve heard people saying it’s good to put a pillow underneath the guy so it sticks up more and is meant to be easier on you. I find it easier putting my feet on top of his legs, I feel like I can move up more easily and it takes a lot of pressure off. It also helps to have something to hold on to that you can push yourself up on. Hope this helps x

All that helped me was practice, keep doing what feels right for you and him, try with him sitting up in bed or even on a chair that’s the best practice I could get

TW: exercise It might help to strengthen your leg muscles. Being on top became sooooo much easier when I moved to the Netherlands and started biking everywhere all the time lol 😂

Make sure you put your arms somewhere good to get leverage to help strength. Lean forward and lean on your arms by his head or if you lean backwards place arms on his legs. I find the grip makes movements easier

I think you might cramp up at times because you are nervous how you’re gonna perform maybe try to turn off the lights and go by the sensation and feeling and dw how you look it really can make you more confident and better at it
