can birth control cause sleeping problems ? i’m new on the combination pill and i have a hard time sleeping anymore

I wouldn’t put it past the birth control tbh. It made me have weird as f*ck dreams the first couple weeks / messed with my sleep patterns (i’d wake up in the middle of the night). If it really starts to affect your daily life I’d definitely speak to ur GP x

A close friend of mine had sleep problems on the pill, she got her pill switched and it never happened again, I'd give that a try
