i haven't been having daily bowel movements and often feel bloated after every meal, i've been trying to help this with my diet but i don't feel likes working so i was wondering if anyone has supplement recommendations or something like that

If you’re backed up, you can take Miralax or if you want to go for a more natural route, just eat foods that are high in fiber and drink more water!

lots of fibre, if you struggle you can eat some fibre bars. green tea is great for bloating
