Random thought this morning.. do you brush your teeth before or after eating breakfast? Since I don’t eat breakfast until I get to work I brush mine as soon as I get up

Before. Dentists recommend before because if you have something acidic like toast, citrus, and coffee it can weaken your enamel. Brushing your teeth before breakfast gets rid of plaque and bacteria. Brushing before also coats your enamel with a protective barrier against the acid in your food.

I usually have breakfast (snacks) at work, so I brush before I leave home

Before I wanna get rid of that morning taste asap when I wake up
