hey everyone! just a quick question- i was breakthrough bleeding for awhile on my pill, so i googled how to stop it, and it came up to take a 5 day break and start again on day 5, but do i start them again on day 5 even if i’m still bleeding? tia!

You can take a break as long as 7 days as long as you’ve took 7 pills consecutively beforehand and take 7 pills after.

yes you can start you’re active pills whilst having a withdrawal bleed. it’s recommended to tricycle (3 packs back to back) and take a 4 day break
