So I ran out of birth control and they wouldn’t refill it until I made an obgyn appt. I made one for tomorrow. I’m still having the weird brown spotting. Will this be an issue for my appt tomorrow? I need my birth control refilled asap since I had sex Friday night and ran out of the pill. Today would be considered my 3rd break day and I don’t want to risk anything!

No shouldn't be an issue unless you're scheduled for a pap smear. They'll just want to check up on how you're doing with birth control and possibly do a pelvic exam
