“Perfect use” is 2+ or 2- hours of your normal time. But I usually take my pill at 8am and I’ve taken it a few times this week at around 11am. Perfect use is not missing pills, taking it within your 12 hour window makes you a perfect user. They wouldn’t give the pill a 12 hour window if the pill didn’t actually have one.
