Tw:anxiety, insecurities, weight, acne I’ve woke up feeling so anxious and insecure about myself and it’s really getting me down. I’ve got work in a few hours and I don’t want to go cause I’ll be seeing lots of people, and I feel horrible about myself😩. My skins been breaking out, my hairs a mess and I’m feeling really insecure about my body. I just want to stay in bed all day but I know it’ll make me worse. What should I do?😩

Its not sunny here, typical British weather ☔️ I made some food and did my hair and make up so I’m feeling a bit better now. Thank you:)
