Hi Guys! So I’m taking Zinc pills from Jamieson and I just took one after my lunch cause you’re supposed to take one daily with food. But right after that, I took my birth control pill. This is the first time I’ve taken them kinda together. Will it do anything or affect the birth control pill 😰
