I started the pills on the first day if my period so my gynaecologist said I’m already protected my period usually lasts 5 days but this time i was bleeding for 15 days so i went to check and my gynaecologist said it’s normal and she even gave me a stronger doses and said i have to start another 3 weeks pack before i start with the stronger doses i finished my pack and now I’m on the seven days break my period started on the 16th again even though it is supposed to start on the 21st when i start my pills again and i had sex unprotected and he came in me. Your bleeding pattern is irrelevant from now on. You’re not “due” a bleed on birth control as it is not classified as an actual period. Just take your pills as instructed and you will be fine. You are protected on your break if you take your pills correctly but if you’re not sure whether you are protected or not you should be using condoms as a precaution.
