So I suffer from situational anxiety and my anxiety is mostly stemmed from hooking up with guys, I haven’t had sex yet mainly due to this reason where my anxiety stems from my fear of becoming pregnant which is one of the reasons I’m on birth control. Does anyone else fear getting pregnant without even having sex or fear that whenever a guy cums even on ur chest that it somehow got in ur vagina, idk why this happens everytime for me, and the fear stays with me till I get my period and I hate it so much, it ruins my month.

It might be a good idea to get some help for your anxiety.

I think seeing a doctor to give you better insight would help you a lot. Also doing your own research of the possibilities of this if you felt comfortable doing so would help. From what I’ve seen on this forum you’re not alone! I think you just need to realise the possibility of this is so low and educating yourself may help you feel better.
