Okay so I lost my virginity in January and I didn’t bleed. I felt as though it was nothing to worry about. So far I had already slept with two different people and still no bleeding. I started talking to this guy about 2 months ago and we had sex last week Friday and I bleed like crazy. He asked if I was a virgin. I told him no. Could it be that the other two guys never went deep enough to break my hymen or am I overthinking it.

@Mxchele your hymen doesn’t break or tear, it stretches. It’s a big myth that is breaks. I’ve never bled from sex, but some people do. If it happens again though and you bleed significantly or often then I would go to the doctor x

I am not a doctor but i think it is no length that causes it to break but rather girth so he might just be bigger 🤷🏻‍♀️ nothing to really worry about

The reason you might bleed during sex is most often due to friction and tears in your vagina from not being wet and aroused enough, not your hymen tearing. This could happen the first time you have sex or the 100th.

@peachesxo is right a lot of what we think about the hymen “breaking” as a sign of virginity is a myth.

You're never supposed to bleed. Make sure you're aroused enough and use sufficient amounts of lube.

Also, the hymen stuff is BS.
