I started my birth control on July 21st. And i had unprotected sex on July 27th. He didn’t cum inside me but he pulled out before he ejaculated. To be safe I went ahead and took a plan b on July 29th. I just finished by first pack of pills on August 11 and I am due for my period. I noticed some dark brown discharge in my panties and when I wipe. Is this just my period starting or am I possibly pregnant? 💤💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊⏱ Brand: Microgestin 1/20

Take a test when it’s been 3 weeks since the unprotected sex. Sounds like your withdrawal bleed

It was right for you to take a plan B because you could have been at risk but you should never ever take it as a “just in case” in the future.

So do you think I’m pregnant? And why never ever? @yi_eune

@GorgeousX we don’t know if you’re pregnant. You should take a test 3 weeks after you’ve used plan B. You should never use plan B as a just in case because the hormone intake is massive. It can mess up your body for weeks and even months. This is why your bleeding might be irregular for the upcoming weeks and months. For this time plan B was necessary, but don’t use it as a just in case or replacement for birth control. That’s not what it is meant for. It’s referred as emergency contraption for a reason: emergency only. Hormonal medicines aren’t a joke, definitely be more responsible with them and do more research on the pill before you have sex without a condom again. It’s better to know how everything works than put yourself at risk or unnecessary worry.
