Hi, To take my pill on time today I had to take it in the car when I got to work and I left my pill packet in the front cup holder all day and it's been about 18-20 degrees. I'm a bit worried that they will have got too hot and will no longer be effective and I'm not sure what I should do then! Any help would be great :)

if they aren’t physically damaged or melted, you should be fine. This temperature isn’t hot enough but try to keep them with you

Fab thank u :) so even if the temperature in the car was more like 30 or 35 degrees it should be okay if they are not misshapen?
