I don’t really know how people pick their official anniversary haha. Is it the day you officially became bf/gf? If so April 25, 2018. But that was him being like we’re bf/gf right cuz I’ve been calling you that and just realized we never talked about it 😂 cuz we’d been dating for months before

@Sams2095 haha I feel like this is why me and my bf are odd. We started hanging out in October, were like best friends and first kissed in January, didn’t really started technically dating till early March and became bf/gf end of April and didn’t have sex till May 😂. We didn’t see or hang out with anyone else the whole time but badly over complicated it so much trying to take it slow. 😂 everyone else always has such quick cute love stories lol

@Tiff10 him and I had been friends for a like five months beforehand. I was seeing someone who was pretty terrible. And when him and I "broke up" (we were never official) my Grandpa had a bad stroke and was dying in hospice care over the entire month of December, during finals, and the guy I was on again off again with, who was also supposedly my best friend, wasn't there for me at all didn't give a shit about anything but partying and who he could sleep with. He even got weird when he found out I was a virgin. But with all that shit going on Jordan (my boyfriend) who I had only been friends with a few months, was just an absolute gem and basically my rock. He was there for me when I really needed support, and it didn't bother him at all if I wasn't in the mood to do anything but cry, he still wanted to be my friend. The day my Grandpa died, the day after Christmas, I had been at jordans house we exchanged gifts, but my mom called me to come to my grandparents before I could open mine. I stayed up that night until like 5 in the morning and went out to open the gift Jordan got me and it was all these things that I had just mentioned in passing when we were hanging out. Like an owl wax burner that I had debated buying at target, a batgirl funko pop because we watched batsman together, my favorite candy, a golden retriever stuffed animal, a lanyard because mine was falling apart, just things that showed me that this boy I had only been close to for a couple months paid more attention to what I said than someone who was supposedly my best friend. So I was like "wtf are you wasting your time with this other guy for when this amazing person cares about you." We wound up kissing on New Years and have been together ever since.
