Hey everyone Does anyone here have ideas for where I can get free online therapy in the uk ? For intrusive obsessive thoughts

Check out some of the charities & they’ll be able to direct you (Mind UK, Samaritans etc)

Go to your gp and they’ll refer you through the nhs. Might be a bit of a wait though

you can apply for therapy through the nhs website
