So I take my pill at 8pm, on the afternoon. My last pill is this Sunday, does this mean I’ll come on my period Monday or after 8pm on Monday?

You don’t have a period on the pill, the pill stops ovulation, you have a withdrawal bleed and there is no telling when/if it will come on your break week. If it doesn’t come that’s completely normal.

Side effects of the pill are similar to period symptoms but there’s no telling when you’ll experience them. You can experience side effects of the pill any time whilst using it
