I go to the Dominican Republic in July and they are 5 hours behind my time now. Therefore, my pill is going to technically be taken 5/6 hours ‘later’ than usual. Will this cause me breakthrough bleeding? 😩

i think i would install world clock and use the pill like in your country

@acid_girl If i did that, it would mean i’m taking my pill at 5/6am in the morning and i’m just not going to be up at that time everyday for 2 weeks...

@LexiLoo98 maybe you could just set an alarm for that time, take the pill and go back to sleep

There is no way of knowing. I sometimes take my pill up to 6 hours later than usual and nothing never happened.

I doubt it. I also think it’s much better to take your pill at a time when you’ll be awake and remember it, even if it does cause breakthrough bleeding, then to try to wake up to take it at 5am and miss it completely.
