A lot of people with short break weeks don’t get their withdrawal bleed. Like @bluerose9 said, as long as you’ve taken your pills correctly then you have nothing to worry about.

I’m on a pill with only 4 inactive pills and I’ve missed periods and not been pregnant, your body doesn’t have as much time to withdraw from the hormones so it’s not as likely to cause a bleed, as long as you take your pills correctly and account for vomiting, diarrhea, and interacting medications then you are fine

@cole1117 I only have 2 inactive pills and haven’t bled in over 3 years and I love it!!
