TW:WEIGHT/LOSS/GAIN hey so does anyone have any tips for some weight loss like in the right places? like my stomach , arms and face? I put my gym membership on hold for now because of covid cases and gym isn’t that much of a necessity to put myself at risk like that.

You can't lose weight only in specific places

you can’t lose weight in specific places. however i recommend muscle building and an increase in protein as building muscle helps shred fat :)
