Anyone else get canker sores from certain foods? For me it is flavored coffee creamers, I drink even a couple sips and I literally get a huge sore the next day. Every single time too.

Anytime I have any citrus fruits. I'm guessing it's because it's so acidic. But I get it every time. 🙄 which sucks because I love oranges and clementines.

I rarely get them, maybe once a year. I have no idea why.

Not a food but if I stop using my electric toothbrush for even a few days and use a regular toothbrush (like while traveling) I get the most horrible sores. I think the stress from traveling could have something to do with it too.

My mom says you can get them by sleeping with your hair wet but old Mexican ladies always got their crazy myths. However... I actually think it’s true because that’s when I get them.

For me, it’s probably the salt that’s in foods I don’t get them as often like I used too but also my dad gets them as well

My mom always told me you get them from a deficit of vegetables/fruits. Don’t know if it’s true or if it was a trick for me to eat more veggies as a child

I always get them when I eat a lot of the foods I’m intolerant to or when I’m super stressed out.

Sour candies and lemons. Probably makes sense as they're acidic.
