Sometimes in the morning, I have mucus or phlegm in my throat and I get nervous that it will effect my pill going down 🤦🏽‍♀️

Unless you spit up your pill or choke it has gone down. There is nowhere else for it to go.

Even if it does get stuck in your throat, it will dissolve and still make it into your system. You’re fine
