If I’ve been having heavyish breakthrough bleeding but I only have a week left of pills when it comes to taking my break week shall I skip, have a full 7 day break or make the break around 4 days?

You can do whatever you want.

I’d take the full break because it may help stop the breakthrough bleeding for the next pack. I know some people skip their breaks almost every month, but take one a couple times a year because it helps them with spotting.

Take the full break, but don’t make it longer than 7 days.
