I accidentally left my birth control in my car on the first hottest day of the year. It reached over 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside, so hotter in my car. It was an entire pack, is it now ineffective and should I see if I can get a new pack? I’m worried it won’t be effective if I take it now. 💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💤💤💤💤💤💤💤 Brand: Tri-Sprintec

It's only damaged if there's physical/visible signs of damage! So if they look melted/broken/etc. Otherwise you're fine :)

How long was it in the car?

about five hours, there doesn’t appear to be any damage to the package or discoloration of the pills themselves, but it was VERY hot in my car that day and I didn’t realize it. I got them hours later and the package was very VERY warm to the touch/:

I would personally use a different pack if you have one

Called into my pharmacy for a new pack, they helped me and were very considerate! Going to get my new pack in an hour. Better to be safe than sorry. Thank you everyone!!
