@Arick1212 yes! Peppermint gum or essential oil always helps calm my stomach! But if you believe the nausea is coming from nervousness try lavender tea or diffusing lavender and peppermint essential oils!

Ginger tea is good to settle a stomach. The warmth of it might help you to relax too
