I went to the clinic the last week for a chat as my implant was due out July 31st and they don’t take it out at my doctors anymore.. she gave the the POP (progestogen only pill) and she said take it at 8 in the morning but is it okay to take it later or earlier?

I would follow their advice and take it at 8 in the morning.

You can take your pill at any time is most convenient for you, do you know why she said 8am?

She said what time do you normally get up and I said around 8 and she said take it then

@aurielle ohh okay, but I’ve been taking it at 8 every day so will I have to stick to that time?

@Sarah894 nope you could change it, but check whether your pill has a 3 hour or 12 hour window. Don’t change it by more than that window
