as long as you take one a day you’re fine but taking at the same time can minimise side effects. on your placebo week you don’t have to take any pills, it’s just sugar pills to keep you in routine of taking pills

Same time everyday helps efficacy I believe! You don’t need to take the placebo. Just remember to start your next pack after the 7 placebo placeholders.

@yppah nothing to do with efficacy! missing pills will result in users being unprotected but as long as users take one pill a day on the combined pill they’re fully protected
