Irregular bleeding is completely normal while on the pill! It’s recommended not to take breaks to reduce risk of human error, but you can take them if you want to. There’s no guarantee it will help to “regulate” or stop the bleeding

While it is completely safe to skip your break week as many times as you want there is no guarantee that you won’t experience any bleeding. You can always take a break as long as you have taken at least 7 active pills consecutively. You can definitely take a break to see if it will help with the bleeding.
